• Full-grain leather uses the complete outer surface of the hide with the natural grain preserved in full. It's the strongest, most durable grade. Hardware and zippers

Poor hardware reveals itself quickly: sharp edges, rough polishing, weak spring mechanisms, loose movement, corrosion, or failure under repeated use. New hardware always looks fine.
