• Full-grain leather from A-grade hides that outlasts cheaper grades: we select A-grade hides only from Bos Taurus cattle, chosen for their tight, even grain, and cut them from the bend, where the fibers are densest and tightest. Full-grain keeps the hide's natural grain in full, so it keeps its refined look through years of daily use, where cheaper corrected grades crack and peel.
• Drum-dyed, so the color runs all the way through: We drum-dye the leather, so the color runs all the way through it: if it's ever scuffed, the leather underneath is the same shade, not the pale mark surface-dyed leather shows.
